Refund Policy

This policy applies to a completed purchase of the 2027 靈機子 Action Book or another paid digital product expressly covered by this policy.

1. Digital Content

Paid content is supplied digitally after payment is confirmed and access is unlocked. Because it is digital content that can be accessed immediately, we do not offer a refund merely because you change your mind after access has been provided, to the extent permitted by law.

2. When We Will Review a Request

We will review requests where you were charged more than once for the same product, a payment was unauthorised, or the paid content was not made available because of a fault on our side. We may ask for the transaction reference and reasonable information needed to investigate.

3. How to Request a Review

Contact Contact details will be published before paid services are available. within 7 days of payment, with the payment date, transaction reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy removes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method where practicable.
