1. About the Service

靈機子, also referred to as Lingjizi or the Site, provides a digital cultural-entertainment experience based on Chinese metaphysical traditions. Its chart calculations use programmed rules and its wording may be assisted by artificial intelligence. No human fortune teller, adviser or professional is involved in producing an individual result.

2. Entertainment Only

All charts, readings, character cards, captions and action books are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, psychological, relationship or other professional advice. Do not use them as the sole basis for a material decision. Seek an appropriately qualified professional where needed.

3. No Promise of Outcomes

Traditional metaphysical interpretation is not a guarantee, forecast of future events or promise of any result. We do not warrant that a reading will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose or free from interruption.

4. Your Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the paid service. You are responsible for entering information you are entitled to use, keeping any device or payment method secure, and deciding whether to act on any information shown by the Site. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, legal compliance or service changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site applies from its stated update date.

6. Intellectual Property and Sharing

The Site, its original branding, characters, artwork, copy and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share your own character card through the Site’s sharing functions for personal, non-commercial use. You must not remove notices, impersonate the Site, resell its content or reproduce substantial parts of it without written permission.

7. Charges and Digital Content

Prices, the digital content included and the applicable refund policy are shown on the Pricing and Refunds pages before payment. A paid digital product is supplied only after successful payment confirmation and access is unlocked.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lingjizi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for a claim connected with a paid digital product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
